The investment company Upgrade Invest Nordic reports a lower net asset value in the fourth quarter.Net asset value per share was SEK 2.6 (3.25), down from SEK 2.72 in the third quarter.The company's largest holding Climacheck, which accounted for almost 60 percent of the net asset value, was sold after the end of the period in January. The business was sold to an industrial player and the majority of the sale proceeds is expected to be received by Upgrade in 2026."For legal reasons, Upgrade cannot disclose the total transaction value, but it essentially corresponds to the book value.
