The medical technology company Zenicor announces that the SAFER study has been published in the scientific journal Thrombosis and Haemostasis. The study, the world's largest randomized screening study for atrial fibrillation with over 89,000 participants, shows that 29,700 were screened and that over 800 new cases were detected. More than 80 percent initiated stroke-preventive treatment. Zenicor One has been used.
