On March 13, the principal shareholder Krona Bidco bought 4,500 shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate. The shares were purchased at a price of 41.20 kronor per share, a transaction totaling 185,400 kronor. The transaction was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is according to Finansinspektionen's insider register.Krona Bidco thereafter owns 8.47 million shares, corresponding to 75.78 percent of the share capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.On March 6, Krona Bidco raised its mandatory bid for all shares in Krona to 41.20 kronor per share, from the previous 35.75 kronor.
