The biogas company Biofrigas announces that the previous letter of intent with Högryds Lantbruk will not lead to an investment decision. The parties have evaluated the possibility of investing in a CryoSep facility for liquefied biogas, but the project is deemed not to be optimal based on the current technical and commercial conditions. This is stated in a press release.Högryds planned production of approximately 14–15 GWh per year falls between Biofrigas' standardized plant sizes of 10 and 20 GWh, respectively, which has affected the assessment. The letter of intent was also conditional and thus non-binding.The company states that interest in liquefied biogas remains strong and that discussions with other potential customers are ongoing.
