Materials technology company Prebona is proposing changes to its board ahead of the Annual General Meeting. Claes de Geer and Christian Östberg are proposed for re-election, while Robert Bjurskog is proposed as a new board member and Claes de Geer as the new board chair.At the same time, Björn Hedlund, Maria Hamilton and Matti Sällberg have declined re-election to the board. Shareholders who together control at least 22 percent of the votes are behind the proposals.
