The audio technology company Sound Dimension announces that the CEO, senior executives, key employees and partners have subscribed for warrants within the framework of the incentive program decided at the extraordinary general meeting on April 7.The program comprises a total of 13.5 million warrants and runs until March 31, 2028.The warrants entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share per warrant during the period March 1–March 31, 2028 at a price of SEK 1.10 per share.
