Material technology company Prebona announces that tests of NutraSol at one of Sweden's leading forest nurseries have shown positive results. According to the company, the treatment protected the seedlings from the storage damage that can otherwise occur during cold-storage keeping. This is stated in a press release.Forest seedlings are normally stored in cold rooms from autumn until spring planting, which can lead to damage caused by moisture, condensation and mold infestations. In tests conducted by an existing customer, the seedlings were treated with NutraSol before storage. According to the company, the treated seedlings showed no storage damage after storage."The results confirm what we have seen in previous applications of NutraSol - that the product delivers measurable effect under demanding conditions. That an experienced player in the forestry sector can now verify this is an important step," says Christian Östberg, CEO of Prebona.
