The nanotechnology company Smoltek's rights issue was preliminarily subscribed to approximately 184 percent, corresponding to subscriptions of approximately SEK 111 million. The issue will therefore provide the company with approximately SEK 60.4 million before deduction of issue costs.The strong oversubscription means, according to the preliminary outcome, that the guarantee commitments will not be used.The final outcome of the rights issue is expected to be announced around June 30.
