PharmaLundensis plans to carry out a rights issue of up to SEK 30 million after the expected delisting from Spotlight in mid-July, according to a press release. The subscription price is intended to be SEK 3 per share. The company says the proceeds from the issue will finance operations until a larger international investor has been identified for continued development and planned clinical studies.
