Four insiders bought and sold shares in software company Vidhance on 8 September. All transactions were carried out at a price of SEK 4 per share outside a trading venue. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.Johan Qviberg, chairman of the board and major shareholder, sold 229,000 shares in a transaction worth SEK 916,000.CEO Johan Bolin bought 53,000 shares in a transaction worth SEK 212,000. Deputy CEO Niclas Elvgren bought 56,000 shares in a transaction worth SEK 224,000.Board member Andreas Lifvendahl bought 20,000 shares in a transaction worth SEK 80,000. As of 23 June, Qviberg owned 496,600 shares, corresponding to 10.85 percent of the capital and votes in Vidhance, according to the ownership service Holdings. For the other individuals, holdings prior to the transaction amounted to 107,000 shares for Bolin, 93,385 shares for Lifvendahl and 9,000 shares for Elvgren.
