NimTag A/S, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mendole A/S ("Mendole"), has entered into a contract with MT Højgaard A/S regarding a roofing project.

The contract concerns the supply and installation of roofing felt and insulation across more than 22,000 m² and has a total contract value of approximately DKK 21 million.

The agreement is scheduled to commence in August 2026 and is expected to be completed in January 2027.

The contract falls within Mendole’s ordinary course of business and is already reflected in the Company’s current financial guidance, which therefore remains unchanged. Revenue is recognized over the contract period and is expected to be fully recognized within the 2026 financial year.
